I specialize in working with clients who struggle with eating disorders, body dysmorphia, identity, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach in therapy is a Person-Focused approach in which I try to get to know each client and their strengths that will best help them through their trials.

I prefer to have a relaxed environment where clients can feel comfortable and safe to open up. I strive to build a relationship with my clients so they can feel like they are talking to a friend, more so than a stranger.

The first session will be spent getting to know each other. I want to learn more about you as a person and about the challenges you're facing. I also use this time to set expectations and goals. Additionally, I save space for clients to ask more about me so we can build trust.
