My focus
I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. We'll use assessment tools to understand what you're suffering from and learn different ways to process grief and how it changes our lives. Trauma can be obvious or deeply buried. We'll identify the core of your issues and set up therapy that works for you.

My first step is to listen to you. What symptoms brought you here? We'll discover your background and how it impacts you today, looking at positive and negative aspects of your life. We'll work on what you want to change through assignments and reading. I'm nonjudgmental and seek the best outcomes for you.
