My main therapeutic approach is Solution-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and CBT. I work with clients to create meaningful change using evidence-based methods tailored to your unique needs and goals.

My focus

I am open to working with all clients. My experience has been working with pre-teens, teens, and women. I have worked with trauma clients, and clients with depression, anxiety, GAD, and ADHD.

I believe you are the expert in your life, and I believe in developing a plan with you as the driver in the therapeutic approach. My goal is to create a space, using an evidence-based approach, to make improvements in your life.

My communication style

I truly believe in connecting with clients and creating a therapeutic rapport. I believe in the client being comfortable and able to share their goals, concerns, and what they hope to achieve in the session.

My journey to mental healthcare

My desire to be a therapist started with wanting to constantly make improvements in my own life. I believe that we are constantly finding ways to learn and unlearn the unhealthy decisions we have made in our lives. I love exploring life through different sets of eyes.
