My journey to mental healthcare

I’ve always been drawn to listening, understanding, and supporting others through their challenges. Since I was young, people have naturally turned to me for comfort and clarity. That instinct to help, to nurture, and to hold space for others has shaped who I am and affirmed what I’ve always known: I was meant to become a therapist.
