I work with a wide range of behavioral and mental health issues, including oppositional defiance, disruptive impulse, behavioral challenges, developing coping skills, school challenges, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and family difficulties.
My approach
I use an integrative approach to meet individual needs and use techniques from various methods such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Expressive Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization, and Reprocessing.
