My communication style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I’m not a "blank slate" therapist who only nods; I engage in an active dialogue with you. You can expect me to be empathetic, supportive and thought provoking, while gently challenge patterns that may be holding you back.

My journey to mental healthcare

My career path was driven by a deep-seated interest to help others, which was inspired by my grandmother. After witnessing how systemic challenges and personal trauma intersect, I committed myself to a career that empowers individuals to reclaim their narratives.

My goals for you

When setting goals I encourage clients to bridge the gaps between insight and action. In our sessions, we will: 1. Identify the “Why?” 2. Develop the “How?” 3. Take actionable steps. 4. Monitor Progress.

Our first session

The first session focus on connection and comfort. We will spend time reviewing important documents, discussing what brought you to therapy and therapy goals. I’ll explain the process and answer any questions you may have. The priority is to ensure that you feel this is a safe, compatible partnership for your healing journey.
