Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, or working through past traumas, seeking support is a sign of strength—not weakness. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported from the very first session.
My focus
I help adults move through anxiety, depression, trauma, and tobacco addiction so they can overcome the obstacles in their lives and rediscover a sense of purpose. I also have a special passion for supporting prenatal and postpartum women, as well as military service members, who often face unique stressors and emotional experiences.
My approach
I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as it focuses on addressing existing symptoms and making changes. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for the treatment of trauma. I am trained in several approaches and will use the best approach for your needs.
