I work with adults of all ages. I have treated a wide range of diagnoses, including adult ADHD, anxiety, depression, and OCD. I have had great success with young adults who are struggling with transitional issues, decision-making, and identity.
My approach
I tailor treatment using an eclectic approach from various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. I find that most people benefit from approaches that help them understand themselves better and change unhealthy thinking and behavioral habits.
