I bring a holistic approach to identifying and treating the macro and micro needs of the community. I am dedicated to creating sustainable healing by incorporating strength-based systems of care.
My focus
I work with individuals and minors (ages 13-17) experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, intermittent explosive disorder, eating disorders, body dysmorphic disorder, and ADHD. My focus is on helping you develop coping skills, improve self-esteem, and address behavioral issues.
My approach
My treatment approach integrates motivational interviewing, self-compassion principles, embodied practices, and a person-centered perspective. I draw upon solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), trauma-focused, strength-based, reality therapy, somatic, and psychodynamic approaches, tailoring my work to each individual's unique needs.
