My communication style

I strive to create an environment where a client is actively listened to and welcomed to be their authentic self. I promote an environment where transparency, acceptance, and validation are encompassed in words and actions. I encourage clients to come in and have interactive conversations.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist to assist others in reviving their inner strength, healing, increasing self-love, and wholeness within themselves to thrive in a chaotic world, as well as to embrace the best version of themselves.

My goals for you

I partner with clients to answer the question, 'Based on what you have mentioned to me about your concerns, what will be different in your life when our healing work has ended?' I encourage input from clients to identify their goals in their own words, and goals are SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-sensitive).

Our first session

Your first session is a collaborative conversation for me to gain an understanding of how I can best assist you, while setting the foundation for us to build a therapeutic partnership as I walk with you on your healing journey. Also, for us to identify the goal of our time, the work we will accomplish together.
