I support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and oppositional behaviors by creating a structured, nonjudgmental space where they feel safe to explore challenges and learn new ways of coping. My approach focuses on helping clients build emotional regulation skills, increase self-awareness, and shift patterns.
