My journey to mental healthcare

From a very young age, I have always been fascinated by the stories of others and hearing about their life experiences. The objective of becoming a therapist was formed very early in my life, and my path has been a steady and focused journey.

Most of all, I seek to assist my clients in developing a strong inner sense of self, a strong inner core that guides them as they move through the world on their terms.

Our first session

Although the first session is largely involved gathering information by conducting an intake assessment, I structure time to provide coping techniques and strategies so the therapeutic process begins from the very first visit.
