I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families using cognitive-behavioral principles from a client-centered perspective. I work with teens, young adults, and adults. I specialize in trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety, women's issues, relationship challenges, life transitions, and grief and loss.

I use collaborative, strength-based, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based, DBT, trauma-informed, and solution-focused approaches while maintaining the flexibility and awareness necessary to meet your unique needs. I adjust based on what works for you. Together, we'll help you gain control of your life again.

My main goal is transparency. I provide a non-judgmental environment where you can feel free to talk about anything. My style is direct, supportive, and encouraging. I also have a great sense of humor and a naturally calming presence, which helps create a safe space for you.
