I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping people heal from trauma, understand their neurodivergent minds, cultural stress, and build lives that feel genuinely their own. I provide telehealth therapy, which means you can access quality and specialized care.
My focus
I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, ADHD, autism, and the intersection of all three. If you've spent years feeling like something is "off" but couldn't name it—or you've been told you're "too much" or "not enough"—I see you. I have particular expertise with BIPOC clients as well.
My approach
I believe therapy works best when it honors who you actually are—your culture, your history, your brain, and your lived experience. My approach is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and grounded in evidence-based practices including EMDR, CBT, and DBT. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all treatment.
