My focus
Many of my clients have just begun to remember traumatic events from their childhood. They are coming to process flashbacks and memories that may be startling and unsettling. I help people piece together their timeline and make sense of their story so they can feel more whole and have a better sense of the direction they need to go in.
My approach
I use a variety of modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients reach their goals.
