I practice CBT and solution-focused therapy mostly, but I have experience with psychodynamic and family therapy approaches.

I work primarily with clients with anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties.

My approach

I believe that clients dictate which type of therapy to approach and that it is best when a client leads the way. Together, we create realistic and attainable goals, and then I help my clients tackle and achieve those goals.

I am the type of therapist who pushes her clients to think outside of the box and to be uncomfortable at times, and to work hard on seeing all perspectives.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was in the 7th grade when I decided to be a therapist. After undergrad studying psychology, I went on to continue my education in Counseling Psychology and Clinical Psychology.
