My journey to mental healthcare

What attracted me to a career as a therapist was a deep desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. I’ve always been passionate about understanding human behavior and helping others navigate challenges, overcome obstacles, and achieve personal growth.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting collaboratively, ensuring that the process is tailored to each client’s unique needs, values, and circumstances. Early in our work together, I explore the client’s motivations, challenges, and desired outcomes to establish a clear understanding of what they hope to achieve using SMART goals.
