My communication style

I’m gentle but honest. Sessions feel like a calm, real conversation where you don’t have to perform or be perfect. I bring curiosity, psychoeducation when it fits, and a steady presence so you can say the hard things, feel big emotions, and still feel safe, respected, and in control of your pace.

My journey to mental healthcare

I came to this work after seeing how much harm is done when people are told to “be strong” instead of being truly heard. I was drawn to the stories that don’t fit neat boxes. What keeps me here is witnessing those quiet shifts when clients stop blaming themselves, feel genuinely understood, and begin to live with more self‑respect and choice.

My goals for you

We co-create goals together rather than me handing you a checklist. First, we clarify how trauma, PTSD, depression, or anxiety are affecting your daily life and what “better” would realistically feel like. Then we turn that into a few specific, flexible goals

Our first session

In a first session, I complete a structured but conversational assessment focused on your current symptoms, history, and safety. We review diagnoses, medications, and risk factors, clarify why you’re seeking care now, and identify initial goals.
