My focus
I've worked with neurodivergent clients, young adults, struggling adults, parents, middle aged people in transition, and people of all ages just trying to figure it out. I've also worked with people struggling to figure out who they are and how to be comfortable with that.
My approach
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, nor do I believe in an alphabet soup dedication to approach. I take techniques and strategies from here and there, we try it, we keep what works, and we get rid of what doesn't.
