Being compassionate, non-judgmental, and down-to-earth with some humor is my approach to life and my work. Helping people find hope and empowering them to turn life challenges into positive transformations is my passion.

I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, family conflict, self-esteem, women's issues, first-generation college students, and first-generation professionals.

My approach

I blend talk therapy with a variety of modalities that best suit your needs, such as tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques), breathwork, guided imagery, energy healing, expressive arts, EMDR, and somatic-based techniques. I believe that everyone is capable of change and has the ability to heal.

I am a bilingual therapist and can provide services in English, Spanish, or a mix of both. My communication style aims to explore your strengths and discuss what will work best for you on your healing journey.

I was drawn to mental healthcare out of a desire to provide compassionate support and empower positive transformation in people's lives. I'm passionate about helping clients find hope and confidence in addressing life's challenges.
