I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, emotion regulation, relationship distress, and self-esteem. Many responses we struggle with connect to past traumatic events. I work primarily with adults in individual and couples therapy. My focus is relationship stressors, from affair recovery to communication challenges, emotion regulation, and self-esteem.
My approach
I draw on Internal Family Systems, DBT, CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing to help you develop strengths and meet treatment goals at your pace. For relationship stress, I integrate Gottman Method and Developmental Model interventions. I help you see that managing the stressor is more important than managing the stress.
