I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am also a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. I have 24 years’ experience working with children and adults, including those with various mental health and addiction issues.
My focus
I believe my role as a clinician is to assist clients on the journey to recovery from mental health issues or other concerns that therapy can help. I believe in collaborating with others in the community to help clients reach their goals.
My approach
The therapeutic goals and interventions will be based on the client’s individual needs to address their specific concerns and reasons that have guided them to enter therapy. I utilize CBT, Motivational Interviewing skills, reality therapy, talk therapy, CBT, worksheets, family therapy, behavior modification, and group therapy to assist the client.
