My focus
Loss of a job, difficult life transitions, childhood trauma, and relationship issues can all create heartache, sadness, anxiety, and anger. I work with clients to unpack trauma, create positive experiences, learn coping strategies, and improve communication styles to live with confidence, self-worth, and purpose.
