My approach is client-centered and collaborative; I use evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing depending on the client's unique needs in the moment.

My journey to mental healthcare

When I was younger, I always enjoyed helping others with their problems. At the same time, I had a fascination with mental health and looked into it as a hobby growing up. I enjoyed learning about diagnosis, and in college, I enjoyed learning about how to help.

We will set goals together and reflect on the progress in our sessions to make sure we are mindful of what is helpful. Sometimes goals change once we develop new insights, and that is okay. I am here to help you reach your goals and support you along the way.
