I am a therapist and substance abuse treatment counselor who brings warmth and expertise to supporting clients through their healing journey.

My focus

I have worked with clients having a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My approach

I provide therapy from a holistic and client-centered approach. I'm also a Christian counselor experienced with integrating faith, Biblical principles, and practical counseling methods to aid in the recovery process.
