I am someone who is committed to taking this journey with you in making every day your best day. I am caring, compassionate, and energetic while getting to the root of the matter.

My modalities include cognitive-behavioral therapy, reality therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. With these approaches, you can overcome personal challenges and achieve your individual life goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was attracted to this work because of a deep desire to actively help others overcome psychological and behavioral challenges, witness positive changes in their lives, and use empathy and communication skills to create a supportive environment for personal growth.
