My communication style

I create a calm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where clients can speak openly and feel emotionally safe. My sessions are grounded in warmth, respect, and consistency, with an emphasis on meeting clients where they are and moving at a pace that feels manageable for them.

My journey to mental healthcare

I am driven to do this work by a commitment to supporting people through some of their most difficult experiences and helping them feel seen, understood, and empowered. I find purpose in walking alongside clients as they build insight, resilience, and meaningful change in their lives.

I am best positioned to serve individuals who are ready to navigate the complexities of substance use, serious mental illness, and various mental health challenges in a safe, nonjudgmental space.

Our first session

In our first session together, we’ll focus on getting comfortable and making sure you feel heard in a safe, non-judgmental space. We will spend some time discussing what’s currently on your mind and what you hope to achieve through our work together.
