I’m a Clinical Psychologist (PhD) specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, and the mind–body impact of stress. My approach is warm, relational, and psychodynamic — I help you understand not just what you’re feeling, but why it keeps happening.

I offer teletherapy to adults who want thoughtful, insight-oriented work that leads to lasting change. My ideal client is someone who thinks deeply, feels deeply, and wants to do insight-oriented work to understand the roots of their patterns.
My approach
Many of my clients come to me after trying short-term or skills-only therapy and not feeling truly understood. Together, we look at the deeper patterns shaped by past experiences, trauma, and relationships. This includes medical trauma, chronic illness, anxiety, and eating issues rooted in shame or self-criticism.
