Hi there, I'm Amy!

I earned my MSW at VCU. I am a Virginia native who is deeply committed to supporting children, adolescents, and families in the community.

My focus

I have found that my best work is with women who are experiencing life changes or challenges, men who are in law enforcement or have a military background, and people who have experienced trauma.

My approach

In my outpatient practice, I use a client-centered, somatic approach, honoring the mind-body connection and recognizing that healing often begins by listening to both emotional experiences and physical responses. I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to move at their own pace.
