My focus
For over 20 years, I have worked with children and adolescents. Now, as a woman over 50 years old, I have experienced the pain of infidelity and the stress of divorce. I have encountered the discrimination of agism. During times when I felt shattered, I realized that I am not broken but a beautiful creation worthy of a fulfilling life.
My approach
I use a humanistic, feminist approach known as Relational-Cultural Theory (RCT) to navigate some of life's toughest transitions that women over 50 experience. This approach recognizes what you have experienced, embraces and honors your feelings, and helps you discover a new purpose in your life. We will explore and create a new beginning.
