You are the expert in your own life and my goal is to assist you in becoming the best version of yourself. I have provided therapeutic services to adults, adolescents, and children with a variety of mental health, grief, relational, substance addiction, and community service needs.

I have experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance addiction, relational challenges, esteem issues, loss, parenting issues, and family dysfunction.

I will partner with you to develop practical steps to address symptoms, patterns, and challenges hindering you. My framework is strength-based and whole-person-centered. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma Focused Therapy. I also teach calming techniques and mindfulness meditations.
