I believe in open and honest communication. While remaining empathetic, I am direct and hold you accountable.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been practicing for over a decade and have found that seeing individual clients is my favorite. I always knew I wanted to be in a helping profession, but this work allows it to remain client-focused and full of new learning for me.

My goals for you

Helping clients reach their goals is always collaborative. I can help direct and guide, but ultimately, your goals should be yours. We will work together to find the best ways that work and make sure you never feel like you are by yourself on this journey.

Our first session

In the first session, I will briefly talk about me, and background, and expectations, and then will be you giving me background and insight into your and your life. I will ask directing and clarifying questions, but I want you to be talking and sharing most of the time!
