I integrate Reality Therapy, focusing on helping individuals identify unmet needs and make effective, responsible choices that lead to lasting change. Additionally, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns, foster healthier behaviors, and improve emotional well-being.

My focus

I am most comfortable treating individuals with mood disorders, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, stress management, communication skills, career counseling, and interpersonal and relationship issues.
