I use an integrative, client-centered approach blending CBT, psychodynamic, and solution-focused techniques. At the request of my client, I can also integrate a faith-based approach. Together, we explore patterns, process experiences, and build practical strategies, all in a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
