I work with individuals, couples, and teens aged 13-17 dealing with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship and marital issues, life transitions, grief, family conflict, parenting, racial identity, career concerns, and OCD. I specialize in helping clients navigate challenging phases of life.

My approach

My approach is eclectic and tailored to each client, drawing from person-centered counseling, CBT, REBT, solution-focused therapy, EMDR, and Gottman Couples method. I provide culturally sensitive, trauma-focused, strength-based, and supportive therapy that meets you where you are.

My communication style

I bring a rich multicultural background and love for diversity to our work together. I speak English, Spanish, and French fluently, allowing me to effectively communicate with clients from various backgrounds and create a welcoming, inclusive space.

My journey to mental healthcare began with two decades working as a missionary. This unique background instilled a deep passion for helping others and equipped me with valuable cross-cultural skills that inform my therapeutic approach today.
