You might be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood instability, or adjusting to life changes, and want to find skills to help you feel more satisfied. We'll work together to create a plan to help you move towards your goals.

I use a holistic approach to help you identify ways to improve your quality of life and your ability to cope with challenges. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other integrative approaches, we'll identify obstacles keeping you from your goals and overcome them together.
