I specialize in working with individuals experiencing the effects of trauma, new and expecting parents, young adults transitioning into adulthood, those who are grieving, LGBTQ individuals, and people experiencing depression and anxiety.

My approach
I primarily utilize CBT and EMDR in my practice, but pull from other techniques as well. This approach allows you to be hands-on in your treatment and can easily adapt based on your current needs and goals.
