I work with clients experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, family and relationship issues, substance use, maternal concerns including pre- and postpartum challenges, and individuals navigating incarceration or reentry.

My journey to mental healthcare

During an internship, I accompanied my supervisor on home visits and witnessed people facing struggles I'd never experienced. I saw individuals working hard to rebuild their lives with limited support, and I knew I wanted to help.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths Perspective, Solution-Focused Brief Treatment, and Person-Centered Therapy to help you identify goals, build resilience, and create lasting change.
