I enjoy working with adults. I have experience working with mood disorders, stress management, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, couple's therapy, family therapy, LGBTQ, substance abuse, military culture, illnesses, and grief to name a few.
My approach
One of my favorite quotes is by William Madsen: “Our ways of understanding ourselves and our relationships to the world are developed and shaped by our interactions in the world.” The decision to seek therapy can be a walk into the unknown. I believe that the process of therapy is collaborative and holistic.
