I primarily work with teens and adults to navigate life changes, stressors, and trauma. Together, we will develop skills that will benefit you for years to come.

I use a combination of therapies, specifically tailored to your needs. I often use CBT, DBT, EMDR, and others to help you live your life the way you want to, without your current challenges. My approach is individualized and collaborative for maximum efficacy.

I am an upfront and clear communicator to create a supportive, non-judgmental, and collaborative session. If we are working on something challenging, you can expect me to be patient and provide feedback as needed.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to social work was borne from a deep regard for other people and helping folks in times of need. I'm driven by the belief that we are all doing the best we can, and we can all do a little better tomorrow than we did today.
