Hi there, I'm Michelle!

When life has left you feeling broken or as if you need to be "fixed," my role is to walk alongside as you reconnect with your values and true self. Anyone, in any situation, can benefit from therapeutic interventions. My goal is to support you as you process through life’s difficulties in a safe and non-judgmental space.

My focus

Many people struggle with overthinking, difficulty setting boundaries, relationship stress, and imposter syndrome. In treatment, I draw primarily from CBT-based approaches to help people understand their own unique behavior patterns, thought paradigms, improve confidence and communication skills, and regain control.

My approach

I draw from a number of theoretical perspectives; my work focuses on helping people build greater self-compassion and emotional resilience. This can be achieved by understanding the connection between thoughts, behaviors, and emotions, and developing concrete skills to manage anxiety. My approach is trauma-informed and evidence-based.
