My journey to mental healthcare

My initial passion was creating art, but I began to understand its profound impact on healing and connection. That realization sparked a journey into mental health, leading me to work with diverse individuals and communities. My days are now filled with hearing people's stories and helping them navigate an authentic path.

We'll identify what's most important to you, whether processing relationships, working through experiences, or enhancing self-esteem, and articulate these into meaningful, realistic goals. I'll support you in developing tools and strategies, adjusting as your needs evolve.

Your first session will be a gentle introduction to help you feel comfortable and heard. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy and explore your goals. I'll listen deeply, offering a supportive space where you can express yourself freely. We'll identify your strengths and begin exploring steps toward positive change.
