My focus
I primarily work with women navigating significant life transitions: postpartum, relationship shifts, identity loss, or career burnout. Many of my clients are high-achieving and give so much to others, yet struggle to extend the same care inward. I hold space for clients navigating cultural identity, intergenerational trauma, and perfectionism.
My approach
I approach therapy as a collaborative and client-centered journey. I combine evidence-based modalities like CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches with deep respect for your lived experiences. Healing is about rebuilding connection to yourself, your identity, and your goals.
