Our first session

In our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy and begin getting to know one another. I'll ask about your history, current circumstances, goals, and challenges. We'll also discuss the therapy process and address any questions you may have. Most importantly, we'll start building the therapeutic relationship.
