I enjoy collaborating with individuals struggling with substance abuse, depression, stress, anxiety, self-esteem, and family issues. I have diverse experience working in the mental health field and genuinely value helping people navigate their challenges.

My focus

I have a genuine passion for listening to people's problems and helping them become their best selves. My clients typically tell me how much better they feel after just one session. I want my clients to feel comfortable and trusting in me. We will work to establish a rapport quickly because I want to hear your story!

My approach

I use an eclectic blend of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavior therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness practices.

I strive to create a warm, welcoming, comfortable environment for all clients. This will be a nonjudgmental environment where your story is your story, your life is your life, and I am here to help you make sense of it.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always known that I would be a therapist since I was a little girl, well before I even understood what a therapist was. I am blessed to be able to do what I love for a living. Helping individuals strive toward healing, resolution, and sometimes redemption is the most rewarding experience.

My goals for you

After the first session has concluded, the client will receive a homework assignment to identify 3 goals they would like to achieve in therapy. I then work with them to create goals so that they can begin working towards them immediately.
