I have worked with a wide variety of issues and supported clients with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and bipolar disorder, eating disorders, PTSD, and trauma.

My approach is Client-Centered; I gravitate towards utilizing ACT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Bibliotherapy. I want to work with you collaboratively to establish your goals and a treatment plan that will provide you with hope and positivity.

I listen to you differently than your mother or friend in a way that helps you move forward and gives you a safe space to share your experiences and issues to work toward meeting your goals and moving forward.

Our first session will be collaborative to be able to establish the goals you have for counseling, answer any questions that you may have, and establish a connection for moving forward. I want you to feel comfortable with each other, on the same page, and ready to be able to work on your goals.
