My work is grounded in faith, compassion, and clinical insight. I help individuals heal from trauma, rebuild self-worth, and restore emotional balance through a supportive, nonjudgmental approach. I believe growth happens when grace and truth meet—and I'm honored to walk beside you on your journey to wholeness.

In our first session, we'll get to know one another and your goals. It's normal to feel nervous—we'll take each step together. Rooted in faith and clinical care, I help support healing from trauma and guide clients toward renewed confidence, balance, and peace.
