I am a lifelong resident of Washington. I love the outdoors and my dogs. I started my career as a paramedic for 11 years before I became interested in mental health. As a social worker in an emergency room, I gained valuable experience with crisis mental health evaluations, safety planning, and working with clients struggling with substance use.

My therapeutic approach is to meet clients where they are and build a partnership where we work on their goals together in a collaborative way. I believe in providing a nonjudgmental space where we can build on your strengths. I serve people in all walks of life and see clients aged 13 and above.
