I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, self-esteem issues, trauma, and relationship struggles using trauma-informed CBT therapy.
My focus
I provide an affirming space to explore your feelings and beliefs while you tell and process your story, what mattered to you, and the things that are maybe holding you back from your goals. By processing feelings, we will find out what you really want and build the most authentic connections with self and others.
My approach
I will assist you in getting free from the past, whether it is a traumatic event, death or loss, or a relationship struggle. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy structures paired with Trauma Informed therapy approaches with emphasis on coping skills, self-esteem, and identifying small steps to achieve your desired goals.
