My journey to mental healthcare

My interest in behavioral health stems from my own life experiences and a deep fascination for neurobiology and human behavior. I am passionate about partnering with individuals, couples, and families to facilitate meaningful growth and healing.

Together, we'll identify and set SMART goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. We'll prioritize, brainstorm strategies, explore potential barriers, and develop coping strategies. We'll monitor progress using qualitative and quantitative measures.

Our first session

We'll start with introductions and explore the current issues you're facing. I'll ask about your history, relationships, and significant life experiences. We'll discuss your goals for therapy and what a successful outcome looks like. I'll answer your questions and we'll discuss next steps if you feel it's a good fit.
